Well, the header errors I once got by calling the SSI.php file in my site in the body of the page.  Is it possible that you have a looping problem with your site, where the page goes back and resets itself?

sometimes header errors come about when there are php problems (like the notice).

That is all I can tell Tongue

I ran into this a while back. In my case it was the fact that there were whitespaces after the closing <?php . . . ?> tag in a file.

Not sure if that is the problem, but I throw it out there anyway.
